BoxSweeper takes the budget and the worldwide revenue that TMDB records for each film and divides one by the other. The films are split into four budget classes, under $10 million, $10 to $40 million, $40 to $100 million and $100 million or more, and in each class the 48 films with the highest return are cut into four lines of twelve. Only films rated 6.0 or more by at least 150 voters are counted, and documentaries are left to other guides.
TMDB figures are entered by its users and are approximate; for old films the revenue usually includes later re-releases. Every film has an English synopsis, cast, director and a Watch now button that opens it on JustWatch for the country you choose.
My List is kept in your browser. Data and images come from TMDB, and availability on each platform from JustWatch.
How these pages work
BoxSweeper groups movies and TV shows so you can find what you are after quickly: by name, genre, language, country, year, collection or the A-Z list. Each title page shows the original name, the synopsis, the seasons and dated episodes we have, and a Watch now button that opens the title on JustWatch for your chosen country.
My List keeps your saved titles in this browser. Titles play on the service you open with Watch now, in HD and with subtitles where the service offers them. Titles, posters and production data come from TMDB.
